Biosketch

​Dr Hazel is an Associate Consultant at Alexandra Hospital (AH) and National University Hospital (NUH). She graduated from the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSoM) in 2017 and completed her specialty training in 2022. 


She is a Core Faculty member of the NUHS Advanced Internal Medicine Senior Residency Programme as well as a House Mentor for the Phase I and II medical students at the National University of Singapore. 

Dr Hazel is also one of the leads of the NUHS@Home programme, with the main focus on developing clinical pathways. NUHS@Home is one of the few hospital at home services available in Singapore. Established in 2020, the programme provides patients with hospital-level acute care from the comfort of their own homes.
