Due to muscle weakness, poor balance/vision or the effects of medication, elderly patients are likely to suffer from falls which may lead to serious injuries. Healthcare professionals and caregivers can consider learning the art of Tai Chi, which has been shown to be one of the most effective approaches in preventing falls and relieving arthritis pain. 

Join our two-day course to learn about the benefits of Tai Chi and how it can help to improve one’s balance, flexibility, fitness, confidence and muscular strength. Learners will acquire key Tai Chi concepts through practical exercises, role-playing and engaging discussions during the course.
