Of note, the Joint Reconstruction Care Managers assist patients in navigating through their surgical journey alongsideJoint Reconstruction Nurse-led clinics that provides close follow-up, patient education, and timely post-operative support. Together, these services promote continuity of care, greater confidence in rehabilitation, and a smoother return to daily life.
