At Alexandra Hospital, we offer students the opportunity to secure their future even before graduation with a Conditional Job Offer (CJO) – a guaranteed job position upon the completion of their studies.
They will be able to enjoy a seamless transition from school to their career with opportunities such as paid internships during school breaks (where available), allowing them to gain early exposure to real-world working environments and opportunities to grow.
For selected roles, an additional one-month gratuity is awarded after the first year of employment, subject to achieving a 'Meets Requirements' or higher performance rating.
